The current tenants have paid the security and pet deposit for the apartment, and those will transfer to the next lease-holder. So, if you have a pet, no deposit will be necessary. However, there is a $20 per month pet fee (included in the $850, would be $830 without a pet). The washer and dryer currently in the apartment will not remain, but there is a hook-up, so you don't have to run out in the rain and snow to do your laundry.
