As I occasionally work from home, my ideal tenants will be working professionals who are respectful, quiet, pay rent on time, and want to live in a cozy healthy environment on a property they share with the landlord. Tenants assume responsibility for all utility costs. Pet(s) are allowed for an extra security deposit. Pets must be well-trained, refrain from barking, not cause damage to the property, and they must get along with the landlord's dogs as they share a backyard. Tenants are also responsible for yard work as well as winter snow removal on the property. No smoking inside the unit. There are multiple on-site parking spots. The maximum occupancy for this unit is three people.
