The house has a dock for your boat and the rented part is the upstairs . The owners sometimes stay downstairs. Parking on premises allowed . No pets allowed and smoking is only allowed in the upstairs porch or outside . Internet is included but if cable is desired the renter is responsible for payment . The upstairs porch is for the renter but the downstairs porch is for the owners. The house is available for one month and up. If the lease is a longer term lease then first and last month is required. The tenant is responsible for cleaning the air filters and keeping the house in a clean condition. Family or small get togethers are allowed during the weekends but no large parties or music past midnight are allowed in the area.
