Our house is also located three blocks away from the Bear Creek bike path that connects to Boulder's bikepath network and it's located about six blocks away from various access points to the Mesa trail. 1,500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is also a sunroom/office space that looks out on to the backyard. Local school is Bear Creek Elementary The front yard has a mixture of perennials and the large fenced backyard includes three raised garden beds, fruit trees, and a coldframe for growing greens in the winter. There is a 3.2 kW solar photovoltaic system that will offset or eliminate electricity bills. We are asking $3,000 per month with a full month's rent as a security deposit upon signing the lease. We are looking for responsible professionals, families or serious college students. Tenant responsible for all electric/gas/cable utilities and summer lawn care (and winter shoveling). Boulder's licensing rules limits occupancy to no more than three unrelated people.
