Great home, huge living room 26' x 15", Huge dinning room and kitchen. Great home for entertaining or big families like ours. Custom tiling in dinning area and real knotty pine cabinets in kitchen and dinning room. Knotty pine on north wall of living room...just beautiful. You also own the road from 7th Ave all the way to your house. Neighborhood Description If you can find a better kept block show it to me, I know you can't find better neighbors than this on all sides. It's quite the people are friendly and you have everything you need within 3 miles of you. If you can find a bigger and better home than this for this price I want to see it. When I moved out here I lookoed for 4 months before we decidede on this location.
