You are responsible for your own trash removal... don t want to have a bunch of clutter in the yard considering you would be my neighbor.. you are responsible for your own snow removal as well... but If I have the time I would gladly plow the driveway. Also there is a washer and dryer in the home that work already and will stay there... brand new fridge with glass shelves and an older but clean and nice stove. Ceilings were just painted and carpets were just profesionally cleaned. I will require references as well... thanks for looking!
