It features a king-size bed, comfortable living room, dining area, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee pot, microwave and hot plate. There is a private grill located just outside. There is no range. Guests have access to the pool and hot tub everyday between the hours of 10-5 with notice to landlord. Conveniently located just a short walk to point of rocks beach access 13, dining, entertainment and shopping. The free Siesta Key trolley picks up right in front of our home for access to SK beach and village. Month to month lease. All utilities and internet included. Rate is higher if renting just for season Dec-Mar. Owners live in the main house. Owners pay all utilities including basic internet. Month-to-month lease from 1 to 6 months available. One pet maximum. No smoking indoors or outdoors no exceptions.
