I just can't say enough about the thought and care that went into this remodel. Probably easier to list what isn't new in this house, but here's what's new: Roof, windows, vinyl siding, insulated garage door & opener (with key pad), parking pad, exterior and interior (6 panel) doors, all trim work, all flooring (ceramic tile, carpet, vinyl, wood). Totally new kitchen with semi-open design, high-end stainless appliances, all new light fixtures, new stainless steel ceiling fans in every bedroom. New bathrooms (added a pocket door for master bath). Patio doors have enclosed blinds, and open up to be double-wide. Fenced back yard has a new patio and a storage shed with concrete pad/floor, and backs to the VA hospital grounds - nice, quiet neighbors and lots of green space. New electrical panel & wiring, w/ buried lines. Much plumbing has been replaced. There's even an enclosed shop area at the rear of the garage (with access from living room). Get here quickly!
