House is in a decent neighborhood with a good atmosphere overall. The house is in livable condition as I have been living in the house since 2016. It does need its updates and could use a good family to inhabit it, or just someone who want to own a good rental property. The house does have two full kitchens and two full bathrooms. The basement is partial and where the water heater and furnaces sit. There is a brand new furnace that has been recently installed as of December 2018. The AC condensers will need to be replaced as they are 20+ years old. Three car garage that has one of the areas turned into a workshop and this was done long before I bought the house. I have not done any serious work to the house as I have not had the time nor money to invest into making necessary repairs. So I have been doing repairs on an "as need" basis.
