They ALL have mattress & box-spring encasements (pillows too), padded waterproof covers, extra sheets and comforters and have memory foam mattresses. Yep, even the full-size pull out. (I added a few pics of it open too!) All bedrooms come with blackout curtains, 40" smart t.v's w/ remote, luggage bench, ceiling fan w/ light, hangers, closet space, extra stand-alone fan and alarm clock. The pull-out in the living room can use the cabinets in the entertainment center for clothes as they are empty. Bathrooms: #1 Master bath: Private on-suite to the master bedroom. Shower, toilet, hair dryer and vanity. #2 Hall bath: Supports the 2 other bedrooms and common area of the house. Tub/shower, toilet, hair dryer and vanity.
