If there are any major problems relating to the house, structurally, heating, electric, or water related, or major concerns that the tenant has, the landlord is to be notified IMMEDIATELY. Tenant cannot assign the lease rental to any other party. Tenant can not change, add, or replace locks without landlords permission.
