It is NOT attached to the main house, but about 100 feet away with lots of greenery and privacy between them with plenty of space for parking. Minimum one year lease. Washer and dryer. There is a range cooktop and grill with ventahood, microwave, fridge, toaster oven, crockpot, coffee maker, and toaster but no large oven or dishwasher. In event of freeze or power outtage, a full sized generator keeps you in power. Furniture includes kitchen tables and stools, coffee table, upstairs a bedroom credenza but no bed, though there is a futon. Monthly water flat rate $54. Can begin showing April 12th, with projected move-in date as soon as you like May be open to pet, if willing to pay for waste removal service (30/month), as previous pet owners would promise to pick up but usually didn't - and we hate to police that!
