The master bedroom is entered through the first bedroom and is a loft over the great room. This comfy room is 24'x12' with a vaulted ceiling and has a queen bed and a double futon/couch. Ceiling fan/light combos are over each sleeping area. Two large windows on either end allow for a great cross breeze or are perfect locations for the air conditioners when needed. Plenty of storage also. Both bedrooms are carpeted. This home sleeps 10 comfortably and up to 15 if needed. Outbuildings include a work/tool shed and bathroom with a composting toilet. A lovely outdoor shower is at the back of the house. Water is provided via a water point in a spring box to which a pump is attached each Spring. At the lakefront is a 16’x16’ screened house with electricity, storage, a deck, and a floating dock. A row boat and paddle boat are included. As is a 10’x10’ Rave floating trampoline!
