THE MAIN HOUSE (Sleeps 6) THE FLORIDA ROOM This is the first space you are greeted by when you enter the home. The room is surrounded by windows and views of the front yard, there are original cypress wood ceilings and the room is beautifully decorated. There is a modern emerald green velvet sofa, oriental porcelain elephant statue, gold finished standing lamps and end table, a unique golden flamingo feathered lamp and natural woven jute rug. The perfect room for quiet reading or playing games. THE BEDROOMS (MAIN HOUSE) Bedroom 1: This bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a unique rattan headboard sitting on a natural Jute rug, modern white luxury end tables and a stunning glass lamp and en suite bathroom. There is a smart streaming app T.V. which sits on a glass top console with a rattan stool should one need some space to work. The highlight is the remarkable views of the pool deck and with direct access through the French doors. Bedroom 2: This beautiful bedroom features a more coastal theme with it's comfortable queen bed and white rattan headboard and dressers. Enjoy the stylish end tables with art deco side lamps, a smart streaming T.V. and bright accent teal armchair. THE BATHROOMS (MAIN HOUSE) Bathroom 1: This is the Master- en-suite bathroom with crisp white tiles, black granite vanity tops, beautifully crafted shower with black accent tiles and a gorgeous modern finishes. It sits between the living room and the kitchen for easy access and service from the kitchen counter. Next to the table set is a small bar area with cocktail bar utensils, ice bucket and glassware. KITCHEN The kitchen has everything you need to feed your hungry crew. Pots, pans, utensils, bowls and platters, a Ninja juice blender, toaster, stainless steel fridge and freezer (with ice maker) and electric stainless steel stove and oven. There is a Keurig and filter coffee maker. There is dinner service for 8 guests for indoors and outdoors. THE OUTDOOR OASIS This space is memorable and special. There is a sparkling blue saltwater pool which may be heated by request (and fee). We have a safety pool fence that we can put up by prior request. There are two loungers under a trellis decorated with string lights that illuminate the whole pool deck area at night. A large outdoor dining table for 10 sits to the side of the guest house with a fun coral umbrella and it up by more string lights at night. There is direct access to the patio and pool from the kitchen and the master bedroom. Enjoy the covered patio with comfortable seating and ceiling fans. The whole back area is lined with tropical plants and palms. You may never want to leave! THE GUEST HOUSE (Sleeps 1-2) The Guest house is located at the back of the main house with it's own private entrance. This smaller space has a very comfortable trundle bed with two twin mattresses and a small laundry area with a washer/dryer. There is an en suite bathroom with a royal blue vanity and new step in shower. The room has a dresser for clothing and hanging rack. There is a smart streaming TV, a dressing table and chair, which can be used as work or study space and a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. PARKING: There is parking for four cars in the driveway. Two cars Infront of the gate and another two within the side gates LAUNDRY CLOSET & SUPPLIES The laundry area is in the guest house. There is a stacked washer and dryer and all the soaps and detergents you need. We also provide a broom, stick vacuum, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioners for the whole house and the guest house. Self-check in is between 4pm - 10pm ONLY. Check in details are provide up to 24 hours prior to check in. Must be 32 y/o or older to book. UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK. ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM. NO EVENTS: This includes any bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, holiday, engagement parties, or any work meetings. NO SMOKING in the house. Please pick up all cigarette buds and dispose of in outside bins. *Please note it is Florida and with the warmer wet climate there are mosquitos and sometime bugs that may come in or around the home. We do have a pest control service who service the property monthly but please take precautions and use bug repellent.
