Main House - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Cottage- 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and kitchenette with eating area. Both the main house and the cottage were totally remodeled in 2021 with all new cabinets with granite countertops throughout. Porcelain tile backsplashes in kitchen, kitchenette and coffee bar. New vinyl plank flooring in kitchen, kitchenette, living, dining, hall, hall bath, cottage bath, bedrooms and closets. All bathrooms have porcelain tile wainscot. Porcelain tile flooring was installed in the master bath and laundry. All new bathroom fixtures, toilets, tubs with tile surrounds to ceiling and walk in tile shower, tankless water heater in main house and new water heater in cottage, new heat and air, new light fixtures, new ceiling fans, new heat/vent/lights in all bathrooms, new interior doors, some new exterior doors, some structural renovations and some new windows. The cottage was completely remodeled. We added a complete bath and a new kitchenette, new floors and countertops. Both the house and cottage were painted inside and outside. A sprinkler system was installed in both front and back yards. The stairs to dock and dock were repaired and painted and shifted in metal sheeting. A new wood privacy fence was installed and stained.
