Door codes and the alarm code may not be shared with anyone. VISITORS: No outside guests are permitted to stay overnight. Visitors are not allowed to be left in the property alone at any time. Visiting hours are permitted during the hours of 8am-11pm. CLEANINGS: Stays 45 days or more are required to get a professional cleaning monthly to their room and bath. No exceptions. MAIL: Although you may get food deliveries, Amazon and personal mail is prohibited as there is no access to the mailbox for mid-term tenants. There is an Amazon locker across the street inside 7/11 on Sherman Way for your deliveries and we recommend getting a post office box for your personal mail. KITCHEN: Please clean up after yourself immediatey after each use. Please refrain from cooking after 11pm. LAUNDRY: Please refrain from doing laundry between 11pm - 8am.
