The ski slopes, restaurants and shops at Wintergreen Resort's Mountain Inn are five-minutes away and The Market at Wintergreen, which has just about anything you need, is just down the street. The living room has a floor-to-ceiling stone wood burning fireplace and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Floors are Luxury Vinyl Plank with tile in bathrooms, kitchen and foyer. All windows and decking were replaced four years ago. The deck is ground level, providing easy access. The front door has a Yale digital lock that works with both keypad and key. A Knox Box security key box was installed next to the front door by the Wintergreen Fire Department. Responders to an alarm or 911 call remove the key, provide the needed service, and re-lock the door when they leave. Laurelwood is the only Condo Owners Association on the mountain with a private pool for owners, located at the end of the street.
