The property is in a very walkable neighborhood, in between Green Lake and Phinney Ridge, with plenty of recreation, dining and public transit options. The owner lives on site, in the unit above. The following are the basic terms of the lease. The owner will provide a written lease for the tenant's review and signature. - The minimum lease duration is 30 days, with the actual duration to be negotiated between the Tenant and Owner. - All utilities are paid by the Owner (water, sewer, electric, gas, trash, yard waste, recycling, internet). - Maximum two tenants. - There is no on site parking. There is on street parking available. - No smoking on the property. - No pets permitted on the property. - No subletting. - The Tenant(s) are responsible for maintaining the unit, including but not limited to furnishings and appliances. - The Tenant will inform the Owner of any maintenance issues.
