The home consists of three bedrooms. 1) The Master Suite includes a King Size bed with a new Lucid mattress, and a walk-in closet; the attached bathroom consists of a double vanity, a spa tub, and a standing shower. A smart TV is also included in this room. 2) The Double Bunk Room. Just as it sounds, two bunk beds with a smart TV mounted and a walk-in closet. 3) The Queen room. A well-designed, cozy space with a queen bed and a smart TV mounted. This room is across the hall from the double bunk room. * Between the Queen room & double bunk room, there is a full, minimalistic bathroom. This bathroom features a vanity with a mirror, toilet, and a step-in shower/tub combo. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh linens. Each bedroom closet is stocked with additional pillows and blankets. The living room is open and airy, flowing into the kitchen and dining area. The porch area might become your favorite space! Here you will find a dining bistro table that seats 4 and a sectional couch with coffee tables. There is a gate that offers security from the steps. Down the steps is where you will find your grilling area! There is also a netted trampoline and playground in the backyard. The bottom floor of the home has a small apartment where the owner resides (a quiet, young family of 3). Rent is $2,600 per month.
