This is a very old home. It was not built in 1995. I put 1900 , it's probably 19?? But is Unknown even by the auditors office. I was told it had to have been built before 1976 but unsure when all I know is This house doesn't even have footers. But it does have real 2x4s . It will be a lovely little place once all the work is done. Currently getting foundation repaired . And doing full remodle inside and out. House looks nothing like the photos now.
