The home is approximately an hour drive to Acadia National Park. Winter Rental: available 11/1/22 through 5/31/23 Furnished 1 Bedroom Post and Beam Home available for rent from November 2022 through May 2023. Tenant must live in home for entirety of lease (meaning need to move into home in November and not December or January etc) Looking for a mature, responsible tenant who has experience with a wood stove (if you choose to use it). Other heating sources in home: electric heat/AC mini split in main living area and baseboard heat in bathroom. Rent: $900 month plus utilities (electric, gas). internet/Wi-Fi included with rent. Wood would need to be ordered if the tenant decides to use the wood stove through out the winter. Absolutely no pets (tenants or visitors). This policy is not negotiable. No smoking. Kitchen is equipped. Tenants are responsible for their own linens, towels etc. No laundry on site. We are requiring first, last, security deposit, and three references including previous landlord and current employer.
