This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home on a large corner lot. The property is fully fenced off with backyard entrances on both sides of the home. The property includes a large attached 2 car garage. The full driveway has been paved with concrete and there is plenty of extra parking on the driveway.
In 2021, the roof was replaced and new fence was installed. The furnace system was recently replaced with a modern system. The entire exterior of the home was painted in 2024. Large backyard suited for gatherings. No grass so tenant will not have to deal with any significant landscaping. Hardwood floors throughout the entire home..
