We have recently repainted most of the house, and have put in laminate flooring from the front door to the back door. The fourth bedroom in our home could also be used as an office, as it has an outside entry on the north side of the house. I have used it as a piano studio for years. We have installed a gas stove in the family room (all new parts), and a gas space heater in the fourth bedroom/office. We are willing to include our large riding mower and leaf broom in the package. There is a 12x16 shed that is currently housing chickens. It could easily be converted back to storage. Has a loft and a front and back room.
