I am looking to sublet my 1 bedroom apartment. It's a 750 square foot, 1st floor apartment with plank floors in the acacia cliffs community. The apartment has a gas range, large pantry, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. There is tons of storage including a coat closet, large walk in closet plus additional closet in bedroom, and a linen closet in the bathroom. The community has a half court outdoor basketball court, an Olympic sized outdoor pool, 24 hour gym, laundry facilities, and gated parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. The community is right off of the Far West Blvd Mopac exit so commuting in any direction is easy and ther is a UT shuttle stop right outside the complex. The apartment will available August 1st and the lease goes until the middle of October, you will have the option to extend it past then. The apartment will be unfurnished. There is a $50 application fee to the leasing office, and rent is $900/month. Utilities are not included but usually come out to ~$50/month. I would be happy to show the apartment and answer any questions. There is a one time $150 pet fee if you have a dog or cat.
