Looking for somebody to take over mine and my roomates lease for July and August! Private bedroom and restroom with walk-in closet that's fully furnished. This is a 3 bedroom unit but you are only responsible for your own lease, so no hassle between roommates! We already have someone taking over the third bedroom but the other two are available (again each one has their own lease) . Therefore each person will only pay 665 per month when taking up our lease. Great views of turf area and pool where apartment complex hosts events. Friendly staff to help you along the way. Renter is responsible for electricity. The apartment complex uses an online website that connects directly to your renters portal to easily pay for everything monthly.
