You have 2 spacious bedrooms with new flooring and spacious living room with brand new hard wood laminate flooring. There is plenty of space for children to run and play and not worry about them because of all the land they have to lay on. You are 10 to 15 minutes to Granbury and all the shopping you need. Tenant is required to sign a 1 year lease with 1,000 deposit and 1,000 1st months rent paid upfront. The tenant is responsible for the electric and internet. water is included in the rent. There is NO smoking in the home. You are allowed pets. 1 cat and no more than 2 dogs. There will be a $500 deposit per pet. $250 refundable the other $250 non refundable. Rent will be mailed no later than the 3rd of each month to our office in Farmers Branch. There will be a $50 per week late fee if rent is not at our office by the 3rd of each month. If the tenant is late on rent more than 3 times with in the year lease the tenant will voluntarily move from the property with in 30 day.
