On the main level, there is a formal dining and living room at the front of the house. The kitchen is a good size with ample cabinet space and all appliances. Off of the kitchen is a great room that features closet space, a gas fireplace, and a deck off the back of the house. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and full bathroom attached. There are 2 more bedrooms on the main level. Downstairs is a huge Rec room, more closet space, laundry room, and one more bedroom and bathroom. This house sits at the end of the cul-d-sac. A 2-car garage compliments this house. Dogs and cats (no more than 2 of the same animal) are welcome with an extra deposit and other requirements met. PETS: This is a PET-FRIENDLY house! Please use this link to complete your pet application on all pets residing in your house. The cost is $20 for the first pet, and $15 for each pet thereafter: MOVE IN COSTS: A reservation fee equal to 25% of one-month's rent is required to take the property off the market.
