Wonderful house for a family! We did a lot of remodeling to the backyard by installing grass, a pergola, TV, and a dog run! The house has fresh paint, large bathtub, and wonderful neighbors! The owner pays HOA fees. Tenant pays for all utilities. Solar panels are installed so electricity is included in rent and will be paid by owners. In the matter the tenant goes over usage, then they will have to pay the difference to PMN directly.
