You must complete your own application with Bryn Athyn Apartments. Subleasing a 1 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment. Available for move in December 31. Rent is $880 per month. There is a $50 application fee and $100 hold fee. The $100 hold fee will be applied to your first month's rent. There is also a $500 sublease fee but I'm willing to leave my security deposit in place, instead of the you needing to pay a security deposit, if you can pay the sublease fee. If you can't pay the sublease fee, the leasing staff will let you know what your security deposit will be, based on your application approval and you'll be responsible for it. The lease ends March 7.
