The duplex is located 2.5 miles SW of KSU campus, a five minute drive. You pay all utilities and the rent is $1100 per month for three people, $1200 for four people. We do require rental history (the dorms do count) and deposit. You take care of the yard work. While there is a front and side yard, there is no back yard.
