My grandparents have been in this home since 1996 and it has been well taken care of. This is an amazing home and has room for many activities. This home is built very well and is very energy sufficient. My Grandma passed and my Grandpa is not able to keep the place up and due to my busy schedule I don't have the time to give this home the attention it needs. My Grandpa still lives at the residence and once sold I will relocate him into something smaller in town closer to me. This home has a new Train unit with all new duct work that is less than 8 years old. There was also a metal roof put on this home within the last 10 years including the shop. This home is amazing and would be a great opportunity for someone with children and need the extra room. The inside could use a face lift but with minor work this place would be a dream home. ....I am open to offers and will also consider rent to own.
