Kitchen and garage refrigerator stay plus the washer and dryer. Owner never used the dishwasher in the 26 years that they lived in the house so it probably doesn't work. Extra insulation has been blown into the attic. Very large single car garage. Lot is shallow but wide with great RV parking, including a curb cut for the RV. Hall bath can be accessed from the master bedroom. Wide hallway makes the house wheelchair friendly. Good storage, lots of closets. Pellet stove has not been used for many years.
