Off street parking and high speed internet are included as well. It also has shared laundry facilities in the building and a limited amount of shared storage in the garage. The house is surrounded by trees, with a landscaped front yard and fenced back yard with a garden and shared outdoor dining area. We are only showing the apartment after potential tenants have submitted their applications and credit reports to us.
