It is nestled in a central location near the airport, 1 mile outside of the town of Dewey (the town) and 2 miles to Flamenco Beach (taking the road). The property features three buildings that are subdivided into various types of rental units. The whole property is surrounded by flowering trees and bushes as well as fruit trees including breadfruit, sea grapes, banana, Coconut, guanabana, mango, avocado and star fruit. The front house has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and living room with bamboo flooring. If you add a cot the house can sleep five guests comfortably. The large efficiency apartment is a large tiled room off of the house living room with full bathroom, kitchenette, King bed, bunkbeds and pull out sofa. This room can sleep up to six guests. The house and large efficiency can be combined for large groups of up to 11 or locked off for separate smaller groups. The large efficiency opens up to a large common patio area with hammocks and tables and chairs. The 20'x20' above ground pool is located in the center of the property convenient for all guests Also located in the center of the property there is a three-story, one bedroom house for the owner / manager (this can also be rented out though has not been in the past) The first story is a laundry room/utility shed filled with every tool you can imagine and useful items used to maintain the house. A quiet Honda 3000 generator is included with the sale. The second story has a full kitchen/living room space and ½ bathroom with a side door opening up into a shaded roofed in porch. Up the steps is a master bedroom and full bathroom with shower and an additional balcony area where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or the sunset and view of the harbor. All interior floors in this building are bamboo. At the back of the property are two smaller studio style apartments (tiled flooring) to accommodate 1-2 guests each. The king bed small efficiency can also be separated into twins. The other studio has a queen bed. Each room has air-conditioning, TV, full bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven. Each apartment opens to a screened in porch where there are separate eating areas, hammocks and a shared kitchen area with sink, utensils, microwave, etc. Two well-maintained golf carts are also included. While the house uses city water, there is a also a plentiful cistern.
