Linens, towels, WIFI, utilities and other amenities are included in the rental price. The house is quiet, set back from the road and there is ample parking. Enjoy the private covered balcony with cafe table and chairs. The large yard is host to lots of wildlife. The owner lives in the main house below with 2 dogs and 2 cats. This property is for mid-term rental situations and can be leased on a month-to-month basis. It is fully furnished and suitable for people who travel for work (nurses, professors, etc.), those waiting to close on a house, those with insurance claims and/or house renovations, and folks recovering from medical procedures who need to be near the hospital/doctor for example. The tenant is to remove trash/garbage/recycling from the apartment to the bins in front of the garage every week. Trash pickup is included in the rent. For those with pets, bag pet waste and dispose of in the garbage bin. For tenants staying more than 30 days, monthly cleaning can be arranged. There is a $100 cleaning fee which is due with the first month's rent. Tenants must notify the landlord of any guests visiting the property and any overnight guests must be pre-approved. There is a limit to the number of guests and parking allowed on the property at any given time. This property is for adults only. No parties. No drugs. Guilford's Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Since this property is for mid-term rentals, tenants need to arrange for mail pick up in Guilford at the USPS at 42 Water Street, or at the UPS Store at 800 Village Walk, or at any other preferred location. Be advised that there are wild animals in the vicinity, such as coyotes, and the property is not fenced. Be mindful of your pre-approved pet(s) and/or service animal. While Connecticut has a leash law, the landlord is not responsible for any injury, harm, or the death of any pets leashed or unleashed. The non-refundable fee for a pet is $100.
