Located in the country on a quite back road. It's certainly not very spacious or fancy, but it's clean and functional. It has brand new carpets and has been completely repainted. You pay for your heat (propane) and electric, obviously in the country there are no water or sewer bills. You will also get privileges to use our pavilion, lake, and swimming ponds. Keep in mind that's it's a privilege and you must be respectful of it
