A great spot, close to Mashpee Commons, restaurants, beaches and quite a few golf courses, close to Hyannis. Short money for a vacation getaway rental or for interim housing if you are between houses, or working short term (up to 10 weeks) in the area. Laundry on site. You are welcome to go to the location to check out the rooms, there is a property manager there that can show you what's available. You can't touch a rental on Cape Cod for these kinds of prices.
