Additional parking is available conditionally and not guaranteed; paid lots are located nearby if needed. Dining and fishing are just steps away from this beachfront suite. This suite is not pet-friendly. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit or on the premises will result in a $400 penalty, and evidence during your stay will also result in immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances; in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. The guest making the reservation must be the same guest checking in and must be at least 18 years of age by the time of check-in; you will be required to attach your ID to the rental agreement. Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Indian Rocks Beach from November to early December 2025; during this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise.
