The kitchen features natural wood cabinets, a stainless steel double-door fridge, oven and stovetop, dishwasher, and dual sinks. You can enjoy Gulf views from the high-top dining table with 4 seats. The suite also includes complimentary laundry and beach supplies, a spacious L-shaped couch, a large Smart TV, a non-functional fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Dining and fishing are just steps away! This suite is not pet-friendly. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors' projects or renovations. Any evidence of smoking inside the suite or on the premises will result in a $400 penalty. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and in the event of a party, the police will be contacted and you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will also be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the suite. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps and should refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV, as any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. Please leave the air conditioning on "AUTO" and do not turn it below 71 degrees. The master bedroom and second bedroom each have a private desk.
