The Care Bear cottage feels like home and has a freshly stained deck with a newer RV with a gas tank and fully equipped with tvs, bedding, kitchen supplies, and everything you need to move in. Also, includes a small outdoor kitchen on the deck and all of the amenities that Coosawattee River Resort has to offer. Available to rent for short term or long term based on your needs and the approval of your application. This unit will be available as of April 1, 2024. Utilities are included in the rent (electric and water). You would be responsible for refilling the gas before your departure at the level it was received. Internet is available at an additional cost of $75.00 per month, which is my cost.
