My home is a 2,584 sq. Farmhouse that I purchased in April 2017. It mostly contains original wood flooring, cement walls, high ceilings 28 windows, large eat in kitchen, 3 nice size bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, a beautiful original wood staircase in foyer, original doors to bedrooms, with original doorknobs, spacious basement, original hearth and attic. This farmhouse was constructed in 1880. There is 1.73 acres of land attached to my home. A new shingled roof was put on in November, 2020. Also the balcony/ patio was done over with Trex in May, 2021. Forgot. This house has a 3 door detached garage. I will continue to make changes to this house. Until it is the way I envision it.
