The building has two elevators and the place is very quiet due to the very solid concrete construction, you will not hear your neighbors here. This is definitely the nicest unit in the entire community with all the upgrades. I am looking for a long term tenant who wants to make this their home for years to come. I am in the business of renting units although this was my personal unit. I have a full time maintenance person and have a great AC company, plumber, electrician etc. so all repairs will be made promptly.
