Since 2018 the rent on this size 3 bedroom apartment has been $1170. 1st, Last and Deposit to move in. $1050/mo includes ALL the utilities, heat, electric, trash pickup, plowing and mowing (this is equal to an apartment costing about $750 plus all these expenses). The deposit is also $1050. This is a 2nd floor, 3 bedroom unit. Just cleaned, painted, and received some new floors. Tons of parking space and a huge yard at 719 Hill St. Some possibility for extra storage space available. I'm looking for excellent tenants with no prior evictions. I allow up to 1 or 2 pets. They must be spayed/neutered and up to date on all vaccinations and on year round flea and tick medication with this information verified by your vet. I take great pride in my beautiful old buildings and great tenants and try to maintain the best neighborhood to rent in in the village. I feel like this area of downtown has improved a long way in the last 15 years and am happy to think that I had a small part in that.
