We accept all forms of subsidy. A security deposit of $995 and first month's rent are required upon move-in. Cats are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. Owner pays for Water, Sewer, and Trash. Tenant pays for Electric, Gas, Appliances, and Snow Removal, lawn mowing If you cannot make the open house, you can still apply for the unit by submitting (via email) your Proof of Income, Photo ID, and phone number for landlord reference.
