Tenant occupied-call to set up Appt. 2 bedroom apartment with washer dryer connections. Pest control, lawn service and garbage removal included in rent. If pet is approved there may be an additional pet rent charged. The amount will be determined by breed, size and number of animals. Application processing: We try to process all applications within 24 hours. Unfortunately we often have to wait on rental verifications from previous landlords. Therefore this is not a guarantee, it may take 48-72 hours to complete. Applications are processed on a first come first served basis. Multiple applications received on the same day will be processed and submitted together for approval. All application fees are non- refundable.
