Overall experience was a good one. We experienced the kinds of delays that are common during Covid (supplies/labor). We had great communication from Amber which helped give us some peace of mind. We did feel rushed towards closing though and many items were not complete (carpet had to be ripped up weeks after we moved in, and it was left unfinished for two weeks until it could be put back). Several upgrades were not installed (or not installed correctly) and there was no mention of them being done until we reached out. But in the end we still have a beautiful home and are thankful for this.

Horrible experience since the beginning to the end! Unfinished painting, many inspections problems, carpet painted, scratched doors, not well insulated, and many other things!! I will never buy a house from this builder!!!!
