Shared space includes a spacious yard with a water feature and fire pit, hot tub and laundry facilities. One covered parking spot and all utilities, including internet, are included in the monthly price. This studio is available for 3 to 9 months beginning December 1st. We require a $75 application fee per person, a security deposit and first and last month's rent. All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent price. We have a no smoking policy but do accept pets with landlord approval. One covered parking spot is available plus additional street parking.
