A back door leads to a small and secluded back patio which could use some upkeep, but that is fantastic for a reading spot or lunch on a nice spring day. Furnishings include a high dining table, a queen bed & frame (if desired), a dresser, a bedside cabinet, a mirror, and a living room 2-person sofa. The unit is detached but shares a driveway with the landlords' house. Laundry is available on-site.
