Upon arrival you will notice the mature landscaping and shading trees, perfect for your family pet. There are two parking spots steps from the front door. The front porch features a nice gated area with a sitting bench. Inside you will find high vaulted ceilings, new flooring, and a ceiling fan with a fireplace. There is a dining area and the fully stocked kitchen is tucked away, featuring everything you need for your essential cooking and a brand new range, oven & microwave. Off the kitchen is the back porch area with another gathering space. On the first floor is also the master bedroom (Q) with an on suite bathroom that features a tub/ shower combo with two sinks. There is a hallway bathroom that connects with a separate sink and toilet. Next is the full size washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find the two additional bedrooms (Q, Q, T) and bathroom. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living areas. This beautiful cottage is conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, dining & more. Situated on the StreetSide of a small community with similar patio homes. Most everything is within walking distance or you can rent a golf cart or bikes to keep on the property during your stay. Situated just two blocks south of Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, the beach is 8 blocks away. You can also access an oceanfront pool at Castaways Beach Bar on 17th Ave South. There is a local park called McLean Park just a few blocks away. Located in the Ocean Drive section which is the heart of the city. The horseshoe area of Main St is the noteworthy gathering place for events, festivals and world known shagging competitions. Please check the city of North Myrtle Beach website for further details *This rental is only available on a monthly basis during the off-season months of October-End of February of each year* House Manual ACCOMMODATIONS: The beds will be freshly made and come with towels & washcloths. Beach towels are NOT provided. Do not bring linens outside of the home for any reason. If any linens are missing or damaged guests will be held responsible. Trial toiletries, cleaning and starter paper and plastic supplies are stocked in the home prior to your arrival. BEACH SUPPLIES: Parking is paid during peak season and hours. Chairs and umbrellas for use at the beach can be rented from the Lifeguards stationed along the beach. There is a fee for these rentals and it does vary by season. If your trip is for multiple days, it is often cheaper to purchase chairs and/or umbrellas at a local retailer than to rent them from the lifeguards. If you purchase these items and do not have room to take them back home, you are welcome to leave them on property for other guests to find and use. You are also welcome to use the supplies left in the closet by our previous guests. CABLE TV: is not provided, there is sling tv instead. The TV's are smart compatible. . CANCELLATIONS: Must be done prior to 5 days before arrival for a full refund minus the service charge. Any cancellations after that period will be flexible. CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4pm. Early check-in after 2pm can be requested in advance for a fee of $50 if approved. You can access the home at any time after check-in via our smart lock. A time sensitive code will be provided for you right before check-in. CHECKOUT: Checkout time is by 11am. Late checkout by 1pm can be requested in advance at a fee of $50 if approved. Instructions are provided with check-in instructions and posted in the home. DEPOSITS: In order to keep rental costs low we do not collect a deposit for your rental. However if anything is damaged you will be billed and any dispute will be handled through the company hosting the reservation. If anything is damaged during your stay please contact the host immediately. The home is inspected by the host prior to your arrival and professionally cleaned by a COVID-19 enhanced cleaning company. EVACUATIONS: If a mandatory evacuation is ordered, all reservations scheduled to arrive during the evacuation will be canceled and refunded in full. In-house guests will be refunded the unused portion of their stay at the time of evacuation order. FURNITURE: Do not move the furniture for any reason. KEYS: There are none, this is a keypad home. LOCKED CLOSETS: Many homeowners have their personal property locked in a closet for their convenience. These areas are absolutely not included in this rental. MAINTENANCE: Personnel are permitted to enter premises during normal working hours (8:00am-6:00pm) for the purpose of conducting necessary repairs and/ or routine maintenance. This may include pest control. We do our best to notify guests ahead of time. OCCUPANCY: No more than 7 persons may occupy the rental without host approval. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. No house parties, events or loud noises. Must be 25+ to rent the home with a valid government identification. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction. PARKING: There are 2 parking spaces, no pass is required. No motorcycles, golf carts or trailers are allowed on the property without prior host approval. PETS: This home is pet friendly, please be respectful of that! Pets are allowed to stay at this home with prior host approval and paid pet fee. The pet fee is $20 per night, per pet.. Stays of 8 nights or longer have a flat pet fee of $150, per pet. Carriers are recommended in the event you must leave your dog alone in the home. Pets must be on a leash when taken outside and any waste removed of. All ADA recognized service animals are always welcome. Quiet Hours: 11pm-9am there is a noise ordinance for the property. Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times. REPAIRS: We cannot guarantee air conditioning or other appliances. There will be no refund upon their failure. We try to keep our home in the best condition. Our best effort will be done to have any malfunction repaired as quickly as possible. SMOKING: Smoke & Vaping is prohibited at this property on the inside. It is permitted on the back and front porch. Please dispose of any and all trash. If there is evidence of smoking in the home, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $200. TRASH: Please dispose of all trash and recyclables in the trash bins located to the right of the front yard. Trash pickup day is Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. Please roll both bins to the front by the road either the night before or the morning of, before 8am. UPON ARRIVAL: Immediately notify the Host of any missing or inoperative furnishings or equipment or any weak or unsafe conditions which may result in injury. Occupancy by you and/or your party shall be conclusive evidence that the home is in satisfactory condition. During your stay, please promptly report any problems to us so that our maintenance department might attend to them efficiently for your safety and comfort, and for that of future guests. WASHER & DRYER: There is one located in the home for your use. Please use the detergent as recommended and remember to empty the lint trap. WIFI: is free and provided throughout the home by Frontier.
