We are selling our 2 story home. The house is right on Route 105 in the 35mph zone of the town of East Charleston (close to Lake Willoughby, Newport, I-91, and Burke Mountain). It is an older home that needs some TLC, but ready to move into and live in NOW (can come fully furnished).
