    We are selling our 2 story home. The house is right on Route 105 in the 35mph zone of the town of East Charleston (close to Lake Willoughby, Newport, I-91, and Burke Mountain). It is an older home that needs some TLC, but ready to move into and live in NOW (can come fully furnished). An attached 1-car garage with 2nd story and fenced in backyard make this the perfect rustic country getaway. Three heating sources available in the home (a new forced hot air oil furnace, newer pellet stove, and propane heaters) will keep you warm even in the coldest of winters. The master bathroom features a jet tub. The water comes from a tested, delicious, gravity-fed spring with TONS of pressure that has kept out family hydrated for 4 generarions. This is an invaluable addition when so many water rights are being purchsed by outside interests (plus, no electricty required). The septic and leach field are flawless. There are blueberry bushes, blackberry bushes, strawberries, and apple trees on the property... along with a flattened area perfect for an additional tiny house tucked slightly into the woods, further off the road.
