Rhythm's amenities include green spaces, a dog park, a basketball court, swimming pools for adults and children, an in-ground spa and a well equipped gym less than a minute walk away. The dog park is a great place for people as well as dogs, it's a place where neighbors meet and become friends. The house is 15 minutes from the airport and ASU and perfectly located for those working in the Chandler tech corridor. The house itself is modern with a gourmet kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and contemporary fixtures and furniture. There is a private yard with BBQ area and a covered patio that is furnished and with a large tv, perfect when the weather cools and football is playing. The best feature of this house is undoubtedly the low utility costs. Because we have solar power we pay a flat rate of $89/month for electricity, average about $18/month for gas and $70/month for water, sewer and garbage. This also includes all our fuel for an electric car. We have neighbors who pay over $500/month for just electricity in the summer! Of course these are our costs, your actual costs will depend on your lifestyle. We prefer to rent the house furnished but we may consider renting it unfurnished. Pets are welcome, but there is a $300 deposit per pet for a maximum of two pets. Security deposit is one months rent. Minimum 1 year. Tenants are responsible for the plants.
